Carlotta is a Brand Strategist whose work lives at the intersection of culture, commerce, and beauty. A graduate of Bocconi University and a former Senior Brand Manager at Ghirardelli Chocolate (Lindt & Sprüngli), she spent nearly a decade building and scaling beloved CPG brands across international markets, leading campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional teams with equal parts rigor and imagination.

What sets Carlotta apart is her rare blend of business acumen and creative depth. Alongside her corporate career, she has cultivated a rich practice in visual art, social media storytelling, and interior design. These disciplines inform how she sees brands: as living spaces that should feel as good as they perform.

At her core, Carlotta is a people-first strategist.
