The Challenge

Audiohook helps brands buy podcast ads with real accountability. That promise sits at the intersection of two worlds that have spent years uneasy with each other. Programmatic media buyers want measurement, attribution, and rigor. Podcast hosts and producers built their medium on warmth, trust, and the kind of host-read endorsement that doesn't translate to a dashboard. Audiohook closes the gap with infrastructure designed for the specific physics of audio.

The brand had to do two jobs at once. Signal the rigor a media buyer expects when evaluating a programmatic platform against the rest of their accountability infrastructure. And signal the warmth that makes podcast advertising work for the host and producer side of the relationship. Those two registers don't usually live in the same brand. Most platforms in this category pick one and lose the other.

The Strategy

We anchored the work to a single principle. Audiohook is the platform that brings audio advertising into the buying environments brands already trust, without losing what makes audio advertising different.

That gave the brand a clear job. Read as serious infrastructure to the buyer evaluating Audiohook against the rest of their programmatic stack. Read as a partner to the host and producer side of the relationship. Both audiences reach the same product. Both have to feel addressed by the same brand.

The Identity System

The visual system was built to read as a programmatic platform first and an audio brand second. The mark, color, and typography carry the rigor a media buyer expects when evaluating accountability and measurement infrastructure. The base layer signals the buying-side conversation.

The supporting layer carries the warmth. Audio waveforms, host-driven imagery, and motion that signals the medium itself. The brand uses the supporting layer to do what the base layer can't, which is honor the side of audio advertising that makes the product worth buying in the first place.
