The Challenge
The Real Estate Subway Series is both a magazine and a live event held in Manhattan. The brief was specific. A logo and a small animation to promote the event. The scope was tight, the deliverable was clear, and the work had to land inside the moment the event lived in.
The Strategy
The brand expression had to read as an event, not a permanent brand system. Confident enough to anchor the magazine and the gathering, lightweight enough to move at the speed the event required.
The Work
A wordmark and supporting expression for the magazine and event, paired with a short promotional animation used to anchor the Manhattan gathering. The work was sized to the brief, with the brand expression doing exactly what the event needed and nothing it didn't.
