L'Oréal Paris brought a project to a partnership that included Valtech and Memomi. The work sat at the intersection of beauty, retail, and the kind of customer experience innovation L'Oréal is known for testing at scale.

We came in as a creative partner inside a larger ecosystem of agencies and technology providers. The role was to bring a creative perspective into a project where multiple disciplines were already working together.
