What happens next

i.Within 2 business days. The principal reviews the submission, flags fit, and replies with one of three answers: yes / not now / different vendor recommendation.
ii.30-minute fit call. Direct with the senior counterpart. Confirms scope, timeline, and decision criteria.
iii.Written proposal. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price. No retainer ambiguity, no hourly billing, no scope-creep clauses.
iv.Procurement Q&A. We answer vendor questionnaires, security reviews, and any compliance docs your team needs.
v.Decision & kickoff. If selected, we set the kickoff inside two weeks and the engagement runs to the timeline in the proposal.
